Based on a modern 500 series Opto compressor which delivers rich, punchy character ranging from gentle leveling to explosive drum control depending on knee setting, without ever sounding sterile. Ideal for drums, vocals, guitars, or adding vintage forwardness to a mix. Features:

Feed-back opto topology with program dependent envelopes

Switchable Sharp (full ratio, aggressive) and Rounded (soft, gradual onset) knee types

Continuous Input (designed like normal threshold for ease of use) Attack, Release and Makeup controls

Variable HPF up to 250Hz (not on hardware)

All sample rates Comp, clipper; 4 sample rates Preamp (44.1kHz -> 96kHz)
